How does a PP Tape Fibrillating Extrusion Plant work? The process involves melting and extruding polypropylene tapes through a die to form a flat ribbon-like structure. The ribbon is then stretched and fibrillated in a hot air oven, resulting in a fine mesh of thin fibers.

PP danline is made of 100% pp or add small proportion of HDPE, pp make the yarn high tenacity, pp make the yarn more soft. Most pp danline used to make ropes, with good tenacity than HDPE rope. Some hairy pp danline also used as reinforced concrete fiber
